Empowerment is the gift that keeps on giving, and the purpose of true education is to empower. Sadly, many students go through their educational careers without gaining the skills and value that they deserve. Not only is this unfair, but it is also creating a huge problem for the future: too many students are unprepared to excel as productive members of society. It is time to rethink and rebuild the learning experience of our students. It is time to help them grow their value and ability--both in and out of the classroom.
